Where to buy ebook readers

We all want the newest, ‘bestest’ of everything that money can buy. Our desire for the best  ebook reader is no exception. We want the latest hardware and software version. We want to buy it from a reputable establishment. We want it at the best price, and we want it NOW.

But where can you buy ebook readers that satsify all of the above requirements?

• Ebay? It  is a cheap route as you can get used readers but it not the ‘best’. The purchase is not immediate, and not even certain with auctions.

• Craigslist? Buying a used one from an individual on craigslist is cheap as well, and the purchase can be quick, but it’s not new, and do you REALLY know if this person will stand behind their purchase?

Clearly, to get the best equipment, at the best price, and in a timely manner, the vendor is your best bet. Timing can be crucial as well, and with Christmas looming on the horizon, the timing couldn’t be better.  Amazon for example, has recently dropped the price of the Kindle 2.0 to a new low of $259. Other ebook reader vendors are following suit as well.
